This policy explains what our games collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers SafeBound and any other game published by FirePandaStudio on Google Play or the App Store.
FirePandaStudio is a sole proprietorship registered in Kyiv, Ukraine, and is the controller of the data described below. Our registered name and address are published on each of our store listings (“About this developer” on Google Play, the developer details on the App Store). You can reach us at any time at hellofirepanda@gmail.com.
So your progress survives a lost phone, we keep it on servers run by PlayFab (Microsoft). This is:
Playing as a guest is a genuine option. If you never sign in, the account holds nothing that identifies you outside the game.
We send gameplay events to GameAnalytics so we can see which levels are too hard, where players stop, and whether a change helped: levels started, finished, failed and restarted, purchases, and rewarded videos watched. Its SDK also collects technical details of its own — device model, operating system version, country, and a device identifier.
Our games show ads through Unity LevelPlay, which mediates other ad networks including ironSource and Unity Ads. To choose and measure an ad, these networks receive your advertising ID, your IP address, and technical information about your device. We do not pass them anything from your game account.
On iPhone the advertising ID (Apple’s IDFA) is shared only if you allow it when the game asks, through Apple’s “Allow to track” prompt. Before that, players in the European Economic Area and the UK are asked for consent through a form provided by Google.
Payments are handled entirely by Google Play on Android and by the App Store on iPhone. We receive confirmation that a purchase completed and what was bought — never your card number, bank details, or billing address.
Settings, unlocked content and progress are also stored locally on your device so the game works offline. Deleting the game removes them.
We do not ask for your name, and we only hold it if Google shares it when you sign in with Google. We never collect your postal address, phone number, photos, contacts, microphone, camera, precise location, or health data. Our games request no such permissions.
Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
There are two ways to have your data removed, and they reach different things.
In the game, Settings › About & Privacy › Delete account removes your player profile: levels finished, stars, coins, the skins you own and the record of what you bought. It happens without us being involved and cannot be undone.
If you also signed up with an email address, that address and your password identify you across our games rather than belonging to this one, and the button above does not reach them. Write to hellofirepanda@gmail.com and we will delete them, along with anything else we still hold, within 30 days. Include the Player ID shown on the game's settings screen so we find the right record. The same address gets you a copy of what we hold, on the same terms.
We keep account data for as long as the account is in use, and delete accounts that have been inactive for three years.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that make the game work, each of which has its own policy:
These providers operate servers outside Ukraine, including in the European Union and the United States, so your data is transferred and stored there.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your data, to object to how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. One email to us is enough to start any of these.
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the game itself.
